Time to once again go back in the musical time machine with a classic tune from the past with this weeks editon of Flashback Friday.

Easton Corbin was in town last night at Vapor and put on a wonderful show. The first time I heard him, I thought he sounded like a young George Strait. During the show last night he broke out a few King George tunes. One of those tunes he broke out is the song I am showcasing this week,  George's #1 hit from 1983 "You Look So Good In Love".

From the album "Right Or Wrong", this was George's third #1 single of an eventual 58 (and still counting). This was also George's very first music video of the very few that he has done in his entire career. You can certainly tell it was in the early days of music videos, kind of looks like a bad infomercial. But if you look at most of those old school videos of any genre of music, they were all pretty bad. It still doesn't take away the greatness of this song that will forever stand the test of time in my opinion.
