Garth Brooks, Jason Aldean, & Brad Paisley in Today’s Taste of Country
Jason Aldean helped charity out big time. Jason helped raise $315,000 with his sixth annual “Concert For the Cure” last Friday. He donated the profits to Susan G. Komen for the Cure from his Roanoke, Virginia show. Jason’s show sold out.
On tap performing for the 2011 CMA Awards will be The Band Perry, Lady Antebellum and Miranda Lambert. The show airs on ABC, November 9th at 8:00pm. Preivously announced performances include Keith Urban, Taylor Swift, Blake Shelton, Jason Aldean and Brad Paisley, who will perform a duet with co-host of the awards, Carrie Underwood.
Back to Brad Paisley, him and his wife, Kimberly Williams Paisley, will be joining Sesame Street’s upcoming special, “Growing Hope Against Hunger.” The special was developed to help parents and children communicate about the issue of hunger in the United States. Elmo, Grover, Rosita, and Bert will join Brad and Kimberly on the set along with multiple families. The show premieres this Sunday, October 9th at 7pm no PBS.
Garth Brooks has announced some new dates for his one-man show at the Encore Theater at Wynn Las Vegas starting on December 2nd. Tickets cost $225 plus tax and service charge. They go on sale this Saturday, October 8th.
