This story goes back to November. Steven D. Walker from Gallupville has been charged with Two Counts Of Endangering The Welfare Of A Child and Two Counts Of Assault In The Second Degree. In the story that I saw on News 10 ABC, the indictment was announced earlier today by the New York State Police and the Schoharie County District Attorney’s Office. He's pending an arraignment in Schoharie County Court.

The Commissioner Of The Schoharie County Social Services has set up a custodian account at the NBT Bank for the child, Paul Brady. If you’d like to help out, you can by check or money order made payable to ‘Paul Brady Custodian’, at any branch of NBT Bank.
