Friends and Family to Celebrate Life of Albany Firefighter
William O’Leary was a 16-year veteran of the Albany Fire Department and worked for the city of Rensselaer. He was also an active member of the Albany Yacht Club.
A service for fallen Albany firefighter William O'Leary will be held tomorrow at the Church of Saint Mary. William was a 16 year veteran of the Albany Fire Department. He worked for the city of Rensselaer and was also an active member of the Albany Yacht Club.
Mr. O'Leary died suddenly of a heart attack. He was only 52.
The funeral will be held Monday morning at 9:30 at the Church of Saint Mary on Capitol Hill.
He will be remembered by friends and family as friendly, outgoing and helpful to anyone in need.
