Even though it's now April, you can blame March Madness for free pizza on Monday. A pizza chain made a deal during the NCAA tournament and now they are paying up. Today is the day that Little Caesars Pizza is putting their pizza where our mouths are. In the beginning of the college basketball tournament, the pizza chain said that if a #16 seed in the NCAA tournament beat a #1 seed, then they would give free pizza to everyone on April 2nd. It had never happened before.

Well UMBC (#16) pulled out the impossible win over Virginia (#1). Little Caesars is now making good on their lunch combo. According to Little Caesars website, everyone will receive 4 slices of their Deep! Deep! pepperoni pizza and a 20 ounce Pepsi product between 11:30am and 1:00pm Monday at participating stores.

There are two locations in the Capital Region. There is one in Albany at 979 Central Ave and another location at 120 Hoosick Street in Troy.
