Four Albany Kids Arrested for Underage Drinking Party

Albany police arrested four kids over the weekend between two different house parties. Two 21 year olds were hosting a large house party where alcohol was being served to minors on Hudson Avenue. While the other party was on Morris Street and was hosted by two minors.
Police received a call at 1:00 Saturday morning regarding a loud house party at 421 Hudson Ave in Albany. During their investigation they discovered several minors were consuming at the party. Police arrested 21 year old Charles Zajac and 21 year old Jeff Acosta who were charged with two counts of Unlawfully Dealing with a Minor 1st Degree, and ticketed for violating the city noise ordinance.
The other party was discovered when police arrived at 400 Morris Street and found a large party hosted by Nicholas Panucci (20) and Matthew Flaherty (19) who were both serving alcohol to minors. Both were charged with Unlawfully Dealing with a Minor 1.
All four were arraigned Monday morning at the Albany City Criminal Court.
Since August 20th, Albany Police have arrested 24 people for hosting house parties and serving alcohol to minors.
