Former Saratoga Springs Resident Took Call From Orlando Gunman Night of Attack

Matthew Gentili, who graduated from Ballston Spa High School, took a call from Omar Mateen at an Orlando TV station.

According to News 10, Matthew took a call from the gunman at 2:45am that morning where he identified himself as the shooter and said he did it 'for ISIS.' Here is the full story from News 10:

I can't imagine how shocked Matthew was to talk to the perpetrator of such a horrible crime, while it was happening. I think we are all still shocked at what happened, as we continue to keep all the victims and all those affected in our thoughts and prayers.
