The CMT Music Awards will serve up a platter of superstar collaborations in 2017. Florida Georgia Line will team up with the Chainsmokers, Keith Urban and Carrie Underwood will sing together and Lady Antebellum and Earth, Wind & Fire are set to share the stage on June 7.

The 2017 CMT Music Awards will also include performances from Blake Shelton, Brett Eldredge, Luke Bryan, Miranda Lambert and Thomas Rhett, as previously announced. Additional acts will be revealed in the coming weeks.

The show, Nashville's Charles Esten, will be broadcast live from Nashville’s Music City Center on a Wednesday, June 7, at 8PM ET.  Kelsea Ballerini, Rhett and Urban lead the nominations with four nods apiece. Fans can vote for their favorites via CMT.com until June 5.

Urban is nominated for Video, Male Video and Collaborative Video of the Year (with Carrie Underwood), as well as Social Superstar. He and Rhett will compete for the Video, Male Video and Social Superstar categories. Rhett is also up for CMT Performance of the Year with Nick Jonas for their collaboration on “Close” from CMT Crossroads.

Ballerini, meanwhile, is nominated for Video of the Year and Female Video of the Year for “Peter Pan.” Additionally, her collaboration with Meghan Trainor and Jill Scott on a Shania Twain medley at the CMT Artists of the Year ceremony is nominated for CMT Performance of the Year. She also scored a nod in the Social Superstar category.

Lauren Alaina, Underwood, Florida Georgia Line, Jason Aldean and Dierks Bentley have also earned multiple nominations ahead of the 2017 CMT Music Awards, which will move from Bridgestone Arena to the Music City Center for the first time as the Nashville Predators go into the Stanley Cup Finals.
