Common Sense Education Day Rally At The NYS Capital

These aren't my words. They come from a group that is marching down to the Capitol to tell legislators that it's time to rethink this controversial mandate in education. Want more info? 

I'll bet a lot of you do. You could tell months ago that this was going to be a cauldron of controversy for a long time to come. I hear about it almost every week when I go out to schools. Teachers are aggravated, kids are stressed out, many parents are up in arms as well.

That's why they are planning a "Common Sense Education Day" on June 17.

You know something? They need a theme song, darn it! Here's my submission. You can feel free to play it at the rally, guys. (I wonder how the Common Core people would grade my writing?--GULP)
