Feds Want States To Lower Blood Alcohol Thresholds For DWI

If this goes through many will be happy, and many will be unemployed as most business experts feel bars and taverns will be out of business in short order with a few exceptions. Federal safety experts want states to lower the threshold for DWI from .05 blood alcohol content to .08 blood alcohol content. See the details of their thoughts on the matter here. Needless to say there will be much debate over this issue all over the country.
