FBI: Avoid Crossgates Mall Wednesday Morning

I hate putting up a headline like that but I happened to see this in the Times Union. The FBI is warning the public to stay away from Crossgates on Wednesday morning between 4 AM and 10 AM.  Here's why:

According to the article they are going to be conducting emergency respond drills at the mall .  They are doing this along with local police and the Westmere Fire Department to learn how to "respond to a complex terrorist attack in a public venue.
