Additional Information

We've all experienced this at one time or another -"If it's everybody's job, then nobody does it, because everbody thinks that someone else will."

PUG, The New York State Information Technology Services General Government Cluster Project User Group, is pleased to announce our 2nd meeting!  The topic is on project Roles and Responsibilities.

This event will provide a panel of cross-agency project team experts to discuss responsibilities of their represented project team role.  Project roles are often confused when different hats are worn by the same team members.  This presentation will help to delineate the responsibilities of the different project team member roles.

Roles represented by our panel of experts are:

  • Sponsors
  • Project Manager
  • Technical Lead
  • Business Unit Decision Maker
  • Subject Matter Expert
  • Business Analyst
  • Test Coordinator

There will be time for Q&A .  Mark your calendar and join us on April 11, 2013 at 2:00 – 3:30 pm.!!!

The event will be located at the Worker’s Compensation Board, located at 100 Broadway, Menands, NY 12204, with FREE Parking.
