President Lincoln, his body guard, General Pickett, and a soldier from the 134th NY will be among those visiting the Saddlemire Homestead from 2 to 4 pm to witness the unveiling of a new Civil War commemorative exhibit featuring letters and artifacts from Lt. Barckley, a native son of Knox.  Visitors are encouraged to interact with them and ask questions.  There will also be opportunity to practice drilling with muskets, and period music will be played.  All events are FREE and open to the public, and refreshments will be served.
