Etiquette 101—Braking
It’s tough enough to drive defensively.

It’s even worse when the car in front of you keeps braking. Brakes on, brakes off. Brakes on, brakes off.
They keep doing this for a mile or 10 (at least it seems like 10 miles), and you can’t pass this person. It also seems like, when you do get the chance to pass, they speed up, almost like the right for you to pass means the person with the brake obsession thinks it means time to speed up, and doesn’t have to brake. It makes me want to break their brakes. This act of unkindness makes even the quietest and most polite person scream those obscene and vulgar words they didn’t even know they knew.
