Eric Church has filed a lawsuit seeking to stop people selling counterfeit tour merchandise at his shows.  According to the Nashville Business Journal, the counterfeiters have been selling shirts with Eric's face and tour cities printed on them among other things.  The suit seeks a federal court order authorizing the seizure of these counterfeit goods and an injunction against manufacturing such items.  Eric and his team are also seeking compensatory and punitive damages in the case.

Carrie Underwood is going to be on the cover of Self magazine for the fourth time next month.  Carrie appears in the April 2012 issue talking about how she stays happy, healthy, and in love.  I’m thrilled because Carrie’s pre-event diet and workout routine is told to Self Magazine.

"I lay off starches. I'm not a fan of the no-carb thing; you're going to get yourself in trouble that way. So I have lots of veggies and fruit but no other starches or bread ... I do more cardio and fewer weights than usual. Although strength training is important, I don't want to look too muscular on the red carpet."

Trace Adkins is getting into the sausage business.  An official announcement hasn't been made just yet, but Trace's wife Rhonda tweeted a picture of a package of "Trace Adkins' Hightowers' Country Smoked Sausage" earlier this week.  Rhonda also posted a message on Twitter about what promotions they are going to be doing.

"Trace is getting ready to shoot the commercial for his new line of sausage."
