I noticed on our Facebook page this morning, a woman was complaining that tickets to the Luke Bryan concert at SPAC were sold out on Live Nation's website, but she has seen tickets for sale on third party sites like Craigslist.org for $500 and more!  This kind of thing happens all the time!  Especially for hot ticket shows like Luke... or Eric Church.

Well, ERIC CHURCH is fighting against the ticket scalpers who are trying to rip off his fans.

He recently CANCELLED the orders for 902 tickets that were bought illegally to his September 16th show in Minneapolis . . . and he put them back on sale to the public the same day.

He issued this statement:

"A lot of acts just want to sell as many tickets as they can and they don't care who they sell them to. I want my fans to be the ones who buy tickets to my shows, and I want scalpers to back off.  I can't stop ticket scalpers completely, but I can definitely make it harder for them."

Eric plans to closely scrutinize ALL ticket orders for his "The Outsiders" World Tour.

So if you're planning to see him this year do not buy your tickets from brokers or scalpers!  And, if you see his show is sold out, he just might be releasing more tickets, like he did in Minneapolis!

Apologies to the woman on our Facebook page who can't find tickets to see Luke... while I can't help with that show, Eric's take on ticket scalpers is pretty good news!
