Dr. Conrad Murray did not get a dose of Christmas spirit from the judge in his wrongful death trial in California.

The judge has sentenced Murray to 4 years in prison for causing the death of pop superstar Michael Jackson. The judge said the following in his decision.

California's jails are so overcrowded right now that many analysts following the case don't think Dr. Murray will serve more than 2 years of the sentence if his behavior is good. Here's the full story from MSN.
