After almost 25 years, sometimes you just need to move on and this owner has decided to get out of the restaurant business but that puts this Downtown Saratoga favorite at risk.

Christel MacLean who bought the Spa City Restaurant in 1993, then known as Hattie's Chicken Shack with her husband is selling their second restaurant Circus Cafe, which they've owned for 13 years, according to the Times Union. They sold their first restaurants, Hattie's Chicken Shack to their current owners in 2001, earlier this year they sold the Crown Grill next door.

The MacLeans are now focused on their new venture with Saratoga Juice Bar which started selling cold-pressed juices out of their storefront next door but now has grown to being found in supermarkets around the area. They're also hoping to move their business West according to The Business Review. If you're interested in buying the location, it's currently up for sale for $475,000 and can be found at 392 Broadway, Saratoga.
