Do People Still Bake Strudel? – A Real Taste Of Home

I remember as a kid in West Fort Ann sitting in my grandmother's living room next to the fireplace and smelling the homemade strudel as it was baking.I couldn't wait for it to come out of the oven. This time of the year when the weather is cooler there is nothing in the world like a real homemade strudel. I see that many folks still bake pies by the dozen around the holidays, and lots of cookies too. I don't see strudel that much these days though. Do you bake strudel?
