Did We Miss Winter?

We have had one of the strangest winters that I can remember. Hardly any snow, and temperatures that weren’t that cold. We've had some really nice weather.

My wife, Linda and I took the dog for a walk at the Crossings Of Colonie, this morning. That’s where we both found the posted sign about ‘danger, keep off thin ice’ to be a little amusing.

We had a gorgeous weekend with the temperatures far from the freezing mark. News 10 ABC’s Steve Caporizzo told us that the rest of the week looks like it could be a warm one, with some days possibly hitting close to the 80 degree mark.

I did a couple of blogs last week about places in the Albany area about where to get ice cream. It might be time to try them all out with the warm weather that we're having. Tuesday March 20 is the first day of spring, although it feels like it’s already here. Keep in mind, we’ve been known to have snow in May, and it’s only March. Do you think that we’re going to get some nasty weather in the spring and/or summer, as a payback for our current nice weather?
