If you missed Pet Connection Yesterday on the Sean and Richie Show, here is another chance for you to take a look at a couple of great pets up for adoption.

Pet Connection is brought to you by our proud sponsor Curtis Lumber, providing building materials to contractors and homeowners since 1890. Tune in every Thursday at 7:20 a.m. to hear the stories of incredible (and adoptable!) pets. Let's take a look at the pets featured.

Steve called these guys, "WGNA Alumni" because sadly , even though they have been featured before they are still hoping to find someone with some room in their home and their heart for a new best friend. Let's see if we can't find them that special person this time!

Pet Connection

Dexter! He is 1 yr old, house trained, UTD on shots, neutered and ready for a home. He is still a puppy with lots of energy and will need good exercise or a large fenced in yard. He gets along with other dogs. He would benefit from some training since he is young and full of energy. He is is crate aggressive so a dog pen or free ranging inside would be best. He will be a great dog alone or with a companion dog. Ask us how to make him a part of your home!

For more information about Dexter please contact the HeartsHerd Animal Sanctuary at 469-9220.

Pet Connection

Vinny is a neutered male Shepherd mix. Vinny is a gentle old soul who just wants to hang out with you. He is good with older children and dogs, is house trained, likes to go for walks and walks well on a leash. Vinny would be best in a home that has a dog he can be friends with.

As Vinny is a Senior, he is free to any seniors through our Senior-to-Senior program. Vinny is neutered, up to date on his shots, and microchipped.

For more information on Vinny please contact, Home for Orphaned Pets Exist (HOPE) at 428-2994.

Don't forget HOPE's Huge Gala at Saratoga National is Friday Nov. 21. Reserve your spot and go to their web site for all the details. You have til Nov. 15th to save your spot. It is a wonderful night and Steve Caporizzo is  honored once again this year to be the Emcee.
