After watching his daughter's school faculty band perform this song at a school concert, Darius Rucker was inspired to record his own version of  'Wagon Wheel.'

After one listen you can understand why the song has been a favorite of college bars and parties for several years. The Old Crow Medicine Show gets the credit for reviving the Bob Dylan penned song that ignited quite a cult following. As the story goes, Dylan started writing part of the tune as 'Rock Me Mama,' but never officially released it. Ketch Secor of the Medicine Show added some lyrics and finished the song for commercial release in 2004. Now, country star Darius Rucker brings 'Wagon Wheel' to the masses with Lady Antebellum on the chorus.

Already a favorite at bars and pubs, the song is now becoming a popular song for Country Dance Parties.  Check out the line dance by Carol and Larry Bass from Jacksonville, Florida.
