Luckily, there were no injuries in what could have been a very tragic situation.

New York State Police received several complaint calls from people that were driving on I-787 and had driven under a bridge where someone was throwing rocks at vehicles, causing damage to some of the vehicles.

When the troopers gathered information from witnesses, they investigated, and found what is believed to be the alleged rock throwers.

The investigation led to two 13-year-old boys that were then apprehended, arrested and taken to the New York State Police barracks in Latham. Both two suspects were charged with Criminal Endangerment and felony Criminal Mischief. They’ll both be in Albany County Family Court at a later date. According to the story from News 10 ABC, the parents of the two boys were notified by authorities about what happened.
