Back in February, you heard the story about a woman that was arrested for mistreating animals in two different houses in the Town Of Durham.

The animals were removed from the houses with the help of the Columbia-Greene Humane Society, and treated by a veterinarian. The plan was to get the animals to good homes.

In a story from News 10 ABC, there’s now a road block for any pet adoptions for the dogs. It seems there’s a problem with the co-ownership with all of the dogs. Because of this, it has put a halt on the process of the adoption process by a court order. There’s no other information about how long it will take to resolve this issue. Let’s hope that this process doesn’t take too long so these animals can get to loving homes.
