Country Idol Karaoke Judges- Albany Area Karaoke Contest

The 2012 season of Country Idol Karaoke is about to begin! WGNA and Vapor will host monthly competitions leading up to the June 21 finale. 20 contestants will have the chance to sing on the big stage for a grand prize of $5,000.

For the first show, on January 26, GNA welcomes some very special guest judges:  Richie Phillips, of the Sean and Richie Show, Comedian Greg Aidala, and Jay Yager of the Audiostars.  Each judge will offer comments after each performance and rate singers on appearance, stage presence and vocals.  The judges will also have the power to stop any singer at any time, if they are not impressed.
