Best Compilation Soundtrack Album for a Motion Picture (all formats)- "Crazy Heart" (the album is full of Country Classics and Country songs from Ryan Bingham and movie star Jeff Bridges)

Best Country Male Vocal Performance- Keith Urban "Til Summer Comes Around"

Best Country Female Vocal Performance- Miranda Lambert "The House That Built Me"

Best Country Performance by a Duo or Group- Lady Antebellum "Need You Now"

Best Country Collaboration with Vocals- Zac Brown Band and Alan Jackson "As She's Walking Away"

Best Country Album- "Need You Now" by Lady Antebellum

Best Country Instrumental Performance- Marty Stuart "Hummingbyrd" (yes, that's how he spells it) from the album "Ghost Train"

Best Country Song- "Need You Now" by Lady Antebellum (written by Dave Haywood, Josh Kear, Charles Kelley & Hillary Scott)

Best Bluegrass Album- Patty Loveless "Mountain Soul 2"
