That's when the second phase of a major construction project will begin. The first phase was last year. That was from Western Avenue, to Washington Avenue, in Albany.

The Times Union is reporting that when you travel on Fuller road during the construction, you can expect delays, and some of those could be major delays. Road work will be Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. The project is expected to last until November, 2011. Those of us that travel Fuller Road, know how busy the road is.

Some of the changes we'll see, will be a roundabout at I-90, sidewalks and better drainage. This is supposed to help make traffic flow more smoothly. One thing to keep in mind is to watch out and slow down for the construction workers, and be aware of signs and flaggers, helping to direct traffic.

What are some alternate routes that we can take, during construction? Please share your suggestions below.
