Comedian Who Recently Performed in Saratoga Found Dead

Fellow comedians showed their condolences via social media starting Friday after the announcement of the death of comedian, Kevin Meaney who was only 60 years old.

My Mom and I were trying to think of something different and fun for my Dads 60th birthday back in September. That's when she saw that Kevin Meaney was going to be at the Comedy Works in Saratoga. It turned out to be a busy weekend and Dad just wanted to a laid back celebration so he said, "I can see him on the computer, no biggie." No one could've known that only a month later that would be the only way to watch his stand up.

Friday, Meaney was found in his apartment in Forestburgh, New York with his cause of death unknown at the time of this article.

His career was 30 years strong and what better way to remember someone who was so active in the entertainment business then to watch them do what they loved to do.
