The CMT Music Awards will kick-off the CMA Music Festival in Nashville Wednesday Night, June 5, 2013. Country Music's fan voted awards show always offers up surprises and twists that you don't see at the other industry awards.

Fan voting concluded on June 2, now we wait to see who the fans have picked as their favorites in Country Music. 2013 marks the 12th year of the CMT Music Awards, country music’s first fan-voted awards show recognizing country's best video and musical achievements. The 2013 CMT Music Awards will air live from Nashville's Bridgestone Arena Wednesday, June 5 at 8:00 p.m., ET/PT. Here's a list of the 2013 nominees from CMT.com.
