Clifton Park Teacher Bryan Sawyer Wins Teacher Of The Year On The ‘Live With Kelly’ Show

Bryan Sawyer is a second and third grade special education teacher at Karigon Elementary School in Clifton Park.

He was the WGNA ‘Listener Of The Week - Top Teacher' a few weeks ago on the Sean And Richie Show, and now he’s even more a celebrity. This morning on the ‘Live With Kelly’ show, which is seen in the Albany area on CBS 6, Bryan was awarded the ‘Teacher Of The Year’ award. He was one of the top five finalists on the show, and his hard work has really paid off.

In the story from the Times Union, Bryan’s winnings from this morning include 25,000 dollars for his school, laptops for his classroom, and a trophy.
