Clifton Park Neighborhood Best In Capital Region To Buy Home

Niche has ranked a local neighborhood the best in the New York to purchase a home.

So apparently Clifton Park is the place to be when it comes to buying a home in the Empire State. According to Niche, the Country Knolls neighborhood is the best in the Albany area to purchase a home!

Niche says they base their rankings on '...home values, property taxes, home ownership rates, housing costs, and real estate trends.' Based on all of these Clifton Knolls scored an A+ to earn it's #1 ranking. In fact, Niche says 98% of Clifton park residents own their own homes, which speaks volumes about how great a place it is to guy a home. Coupled with low taxes relative to other Capital Region towns, you can see why County Knolls landed at #1 on this list.
