Clifton Park Brewery To Release Another ‘Star Trek’ Themed Beer

If you like to enjoy a cold one while watching the Enterprise explore the final frontier, this beer is for you!

Maybe this is the 'Final Frontier' of craft beers! For the 2nd year in a row, NYUP.com is reporting Clifton Park based Shmaltz Brewing will be releasing a Star Trek themed. This one is called 'Symbiosis' to celebrate the 30 year anniversaary of 'Star Trek: The Next Generation.' Last year's Star Trek brew, called 'Vulcan Ale' celebrated 40 years of the original Star Trek. Here is how the Shmaltz website describes the ale:
