Are you upset that your Christmas package didn't arrive on time?

According to News 10 ABC, you're not alone. A combination of heavier than normal deliveries expected around the holiday season, mixed with an increase in people buying gifts on-line, topped with an ice storm that backed up air and ground travel from Dallas to Upstate New York were the ingredients that led to this 'perfect storm' of late Christmas deliveries.  UPS released an official statement in response to their irate customers “the volume of air packages in our system exceeded the capacity of our network.”

While many of the packages will arrive the day after Christmas, we'd like to know what you think of this situation.  Are you mad that your gift didn't arrive on time?  Do you expect things like this to happen around the holidays? Is it really not that big of a deal? Please leave your thoughts and comments in the section below.
