Christmas Decorations Up Too Soon? – Daily Dilemma [AUDIO]

Levack, our illustrious morning show producer, said he wanted the dilemma today to be something that didn’t have anything to do with love relationships, so we pulled a “neighbor” type question out of the pile and I thought it turned into an interesting topic. It seems every year Christmas comes a little bit sooner, I’m pretty sure in a few years we will see the first decorations go up just after July 4th. Hey I’m all about the Holidays but do we really need to hear Christmas music for two solids months?

Here is what our listener wrote to us: “I love Christmas! I decorated Griswald style on November 1st. My neighbors are acting like I’ve done something terrible. They walk by shaking their heads and onf them even said to me, “Did you forget about Thanksgiving?” Why in the world are they so upset that I already have Christmas spirit?”

Remember, if you have a dilemma you want the listener’s help with, just e mail us at “” , and make sure to tune in every weekday morning at 6:40 am to hear a new “Daily Dilemma”. Here is what the callers had to say today.
