There's something different and powerful when you hear from a child that tells you how to help other kids. I sat down with my son, Ryan, and asked him about cancer, St. Jude and how he thinks we can all help. Here's what he said. We are fortunate that Ryan is a healthy seven and a half year old and that he really doesn't know any kids that are affected by cancer. When we started doing the WGNA Counrty Cares For St. Jude Kids Radiothon, I wanted him to know how we can all help. After talking with him, in his "kids terms", I think he understood how important it is.

If your kids are healthy, I urge you to donate to St. Jude. At St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, no family ever receives a bill for travel, treatment, food or lodging. Donations from our 14th Annual Country Cares For St. Jude Kids Radiothon go directly to St. Jude so that they can continue to focus on curing childhood cancer. Please become a Partner In Hope. Your $20 donation per month (on your credit card) helps continue the fight. You will also receive a "This Shirt Saves Lives" t-shirt and tickets to our 2019 Heartstrings For Hope concert with Mitchell Tenpenny.
