As we come to the end of another week, it's time to break out another great country memory from the past with this week's edition of Flashback Friday.

Today is the day we lost the great Chris LeDoux back in 2005. Kevin Richards wrote a story remembering the man who was an influence on many great country singers such as Garth Brooks. Garth of course helped bring attention to Chris with his hit "Much To Young To Feel This Damn Old."   I thought it would be more than fitting to break out one of my favorites from Chris this week, his top 20 hit from 1992 "Cadillac Ranch".

This was the follow up to Chris' only top 10 hit "Whatcha' Gonna Do With A Cowboy" with Garth. It would reach #18 on the Billboard Country Charts in Late 1992 and unfortunately would be the last time he would ever break the top 40. It didn't matter though because fans would still sell out arenas anytime he came to town. He had a live show that many country stars copy today.

Rest In Peace Cowboy! Chris Ledoux's music will certainly live on forever. If you go to a rodeo or a dancehall you are almost guaranteed to hear a Chris LeDoux Song.
