GNA is proud to announce the success of the Center For Disability Services Radiothon and Telethon for 2013.

WXXA's Anne Hughes and John Gray announced the final tote at $2,002,864! Thanks to a combination of local media (Fox 23 and GNA), countless volunteers, talented entertainers, sports celebrities, happy consumers, and a proud staff the Center For Disability Services Radiothon and Telethon was a huge success.

From local consumers that use the Center, featured on the radiothon, to American Idol producer Adam Shankman and So You Think You Can Dance judge Nigel Lythgoe, on the telethon, the event was full of surprises and fun while educating and raising funds for the Center.

Executive Director of the Center's Foundation, Anne Schneider Costigan was thrilled with the final results, "The Center reaches our to people in the community who have all types of disabilities and the community responds with it's pledges and support. The Center would not be the place 'where people get better at life' without the loyal donors, new givers and many, many volunteers."
