A man was also in court for some traffic tickets, but his night in court ended up with him being a victim of a stolen cell phone.

When he went out of the court room to meet his lawyer,  he noticed that he left his cell phone in the court room. When he got back to the court room and his seat, his cell phone was gone.

He told some of the court officers about the missing phone. In addition, he gave them information about a woman that was sitting next to him, by pointing her out.

It didn’t take long to find the alleged stolen phone. Court officers found the victim’s phone in a pocket of the accused woman’s shirt pocket. Colonie Police then arrested Mary Hogle. According to the story on News 10 ABC, Hogle will be back in court on Wednesday, November 12.
