We all know I am a Jimmie Johnson fan, but this would be a  really a great story no matter what driver's team it was about. In fact, while I believe they are really great and train hard, I think most could argue that some other crews like that of Matt Kenseth may indeed be the standard bearers in NASCAR.

Still it's rare to get an inside look into the time, learning, and training that these guys put into trying to get even a half of a second faster. This report from CBS News is more of a "teaser" for a longer report but I think it is by itself really cool and learned some things I didn't know before, like the fact that these guys sometimes train with Special Forces Troops. Make sure you check out "60 Minutes Sports" tonight at 10 pm on Showtime for the whole story, I already have my DVR set.
