Trailer Park

The blockbuster movies will be coming out in rapid style now started with "The Avengers" and now "Battleship". It will battle "The Dictator" and "What to Expect When You're Expecting" for box office dollars this weekend.

There are few stars as big as Johnny Depp. So anytime he has a movie set to be released it's pretty big news. I am too young to remember the original "Dark Shadows" I had very little interest in the remake back in 1991. I sadly admit you add Johnny Depp and Tim Burton and my interest is peaked.

The new trailers for "The Amazing Spider-Man" and "The Expendables 2" have hit the web. Which means they have hit the Trailer Park.

You know you're the biggest movie so far this year when no one else wants to open against you. That's the case this week. Only one stop in The Trailer Park...."The Avengers"!

There are currently two comic book movie franchises I refuse to miss out on, The Avengers and The Dark Knight - Bat Man trilogy. The Avengers have built towards this Fridays release with two Iron Man movies, Thor and Captain America all great! The Dark Knight series is far darker, clearly not for children but also amazing. Here is the latest trailer for "The Dark Knight Rises".

Pretty exciting week in the box office! Little bit of something for everyone. Suspense thriller "The Raven", romantic comedy "The Five Year Engagement" and action flick "Safe".

This little dog is awesome. Perro is on a beach in Spain and clearly has a future in the puppy Olympics. He is driven to grab the rings can't make it on his own but once he gets help around the :14 second mark it's on.  

This weeks Trailer Park Is chock full of emotions. Zac Efron and some blonde named Taylor Shilling star in "The Lucky One", Then there's "Think Like A Man" which I will avoid and Disney will make us all "Awwww" for over a hour with "Chimpanzee".

Two out of three movies I would go see this weekend, not too shabby. I will openly admit I have zero interest in "The Three Stooges". However, "Lockout" looks like a fun Syfy action movie with a "escape from New York" feel, and "Cabin In The Woods" is a horror movie- I'm in.

This week, the theaters will be invaded by a sequel and a retread. The latest installment of the American Pie series, "American Reunion", and a remake of a the classic "Titanic 3D", are the two nationally released films.

One of my favorite Sci-Fi thrillers was 1990's "Total Recall". So it's no surprise to me it's being remade. The original starred Arnold Schwarzenegger and was ahead of its time. The remake will feature one Colin Farrell who is fresh off a remake of "Fright Night".

Stephanie Meyer is best known for writing the "Twilight" series and the huge movies that they spawned. She is back with the next movie based on one of her books, "The Host".
