It's ironic I stumbled upon this information this morning because when I first got my new smartphone it did dawn on me my phone could be the target of a cyber attack. And then just last week, Jeff Levack asked our digital specialist if phones could one day be susceptible to viruses or hackers.
Most people who know me, know I'm not a huge television guru. Typically when I have the time, I flip through the channels, but end up cursing at every show. However, in my moment of hibernation last night, I stumbled upon a new show called "Lights Out." Despite only being on since January, the show is really quite good.

A few weeks back, I wrote a blog about cardio machine etiquette and how it is not polite to stare at someone else while they work out. Many of you agreed with my fustration -- some also knew exactly what I had experienced, having experienced it themselves.
I now write to you about something else at the gym -- something that affects not only the guilty party, but the innocent bystanders. Everyone who works out should be aware of gym smells and what they mean.
This season I have been trying to check out "American Idol." I was interested to see how the show would be without Paula Abdul and now, Simon Cowell. On that topic, "Idol" is actually pretty funny. Steven Tyler's facial expressions are classic and Jennifer Lopez is so sweet and cute. I still could do without Randy, but oh well.
Ok, got that out of the way. So last night, my boyfriend and I were watching the tail end of the "American Idol" and, like every tv network, when one show ends, a new show begins. In this instance, "Bones" came on next. I've seen many previews and commercials for "Bones," but never actually caught an episode. Until last night, and all I can say is WOW! Have you seen this show before? Most importantly, did you catch last night's episode?!?!?
