This was a tremendous labor of love by all involved. It's still a work in progress, but we wanted to get this up on the web to hear what we have so far. Here's the ALMOST finished collaborative production between two classes who have never met each other - a true experiment in the use of modern technology

It's rare when I actually get a chance to drive to another state, which is technically what I did recently. Lee Elementary School in Lee, Massachusetts was where I ended up last week, and I'm dying to go back. What a teacher! What a class!

Menands Elementary School Kids Don’t Like Bullying. Hear Their Song Here – Reading, Writing and Rhyming
This is the very first school for the year, and they have definitely raised the bar high. The kids from Menands Elementary School wanted to write a song about how bad it is to be a bully. I was happy to help them along, but they didn't need much of that.
The Readin’, Writin’ and Rhymin’ Tour Has Only Four Openings Left For The Entire Year – Book Now!
I guess the title says it all here. It's a good problem to have I guess. I've been inundated with requests this year and although very happy about it, I don't want to shut out "old customers" or new schools who want a visit. Not trying to pressure you, teachers - I'm just saying....
Richie’s Reading, Writing, and Rhyming School Tour Is Taking Appearance Requests Starting Now
This is now year 18 of the Reading, Writing and Rhyming School Tour. It's unbelievable, but it's true. Heck, I'd do another 18 if I could. Besides being on the air, it's the most fun I've ever had behind a piano. And the fun's about to continue. I want to come to YOUR school. Here's how to sign up
YMCA Summer Camp With Readin’, Writin’ and Rhymin’
This is one of my all time favorite things to do - take the keyboard and go to a summer camp to record a "summer song" with kids. I had the opportunity to do that today, and it was awesome
