I love Redneck theater! This is when the boys do a famous movie scene as Rednecks. Today the guys took a stab at the famous war movie "Apocalypse Now". I think there performance had a smell to it... THE SMELL OF VICTORY!!!
Kathleen Bashant and Kathrine Picchione are local girls with big ideas and they are going toe to toe with some of the brightest minds in the world this week at The Intel International Science and Engineering Fair in Pittsburgh, PA.
It was a rough morning for me. Like any rainy morning it was tough to get out of bed and about 15 minutes after dragging my butt out of said bed I realized I should of stayed in it, because around then I was locked in MORTAL COMBAT with the NINJA SPIDER!
On today's Sean and Richie show Sean told us the story of a British woman Violet D'mello of Aberdeen, Scotland. Violet was in a pen with some Cheetahs who were raised in captivity from birth and were supposed to be safe to pet. Her husband Archie was outside the pen taking photos. For some reason the Cheetahs snapped and went into attack mode. Violet used herself to shield the children and Archie just kept taking pictures.
Today we had a contest to win a four pack of tickets to the advance screening of "The Avengers". So of course we broke out everyone's favorite Red Neck Theater. Today all three of the guys played a part in the recreation of a classic scene from "Animal House"
On today's Sean and Richie Show the word "creepy" became a reoccurring theme. We found out it is the worst thing a woman can call a man and we found out "Silence of the Lambs" may be even creepier in Red Neck.
My friend Steve Holy, (yeah I just dropped that name, can you help me pick it up?) called me a couple of weeks ago asking for my opinion on a song. I was more than happy to help but now he needs your help as well.
Today we began a search for someone to sing with Billy Currington on stage this Thursday night at the Glens Fall Civic Center. Four listeners and their guests will be sent to the concert, and during a party before the show they will each sing for Billy and he will choose one to perform "Party For Two" with him on stage. Help us decide which four of our contestants get to sing for Billy here!
The Sean and Richie Show loves to embrace our redneck roots whenever possible, which is why we play a game called "Redneck Theater". The idea behind the game is we take a famous movie scene, and reenact it in redneck speak.
