Carrie Underwood Sets Date for New Album & More In Casey’s Taste of Country

A release date for Carrie Underwood's new album has been set.  The album featuring her new single, "Good Girl" is set to come out May 1st, but there is still no name for the album.  Here's what she had to say about her upcoming album:

Keith Urban will be doing his first performance tonight since his vocal cord surgery.  The concert will be at the Grand Ole Opry.  Keith will then head to Sydney, Australia for a week to tape the Australian version of "The Voice" later this month.  While maintaining a busy schedule going back and forth to Australia over the next few months, Keith plans to spend much of his time at home in Nashville writing and finding songs for his next album.

And Reba McEntire's new sitcom is having some good luck.  ABC has officially ordered the pilot episode the show, Malibu Country.  It is one of nine pilots ordered by the network, according to EW.com.  Reba's new show is about her career as a singer and trying to reignite that career while keeping her three kids happy as they cope with living in a new place -- Malibu, if you could have guessed.
