Capital Region Spring Forecast: Warmer Than Normal

The Spring like temperatures we are getting later this week may be a sign of things to come.

Are you wishing for a warm Spring? Well, you may just get your wish. According to the Climate Prediction Center, we have about a 40% chance of having a warmer than normal Spring.

Now, it is just a chance, but based on the mild year last year, and some early Spring on the way later this week, you have to believe the chance is a real good one. Plus, once all the snow melts, it will really start feeling like Spring!

And hey, Staten Island Chuck, New York's official Groundhog, did predict an early Spring on Groundhog Day.
