A 28-year-old Stillwater man that was working as a taxi cab driver, allegedly found a credit card in his cab.

It was left behind by a passenger. Instead of turning it in or contacting the owner, Conrad Moore is accused of doing some personal shopping with the credit card. In the story from the Times Union, Moore allegedly used the card to buy things in Wilton, Clifton Park and other businesses in Saratoga County.

Moore has been charged with felonies including First Degree Identity Theft, four counts of Fourth Degree Criminal Possession Of Stolen Property and Second Degree Forgery. He was also charged with a misdemeanor for four counts of Third Degree Identity Theft.
