Brunswick Man Accused Of Scamming Walmart
A Brunswick man is in trouble with the law after he was accused of using a receipt that he found, to scam a Walmart store.
The man, Louis Case, found someone else’s a receipt in a shopping cart and went into the store. He then went to the coffee aisle and grabbed a can of coffee from the shelf. What he was accused of doing was taking the receipt and trying to return the coffee for a refund.
According to the story from WNYT, Case was arrested and then told New York State Police that the money was needed to buy heroin.
