Broken Window Lead To Man’s Arrest

A 45-year-old man from Saratoga Springs has been arrested for several commercial burglaries in Saratoga County and the city of Saratoga Springs.

Eric McCleary allegedly broke the window of a glass door on purpose, which lead to his arrest by Saratoga Springs Police. That was at Sam’s Tires on Congress Street in Saratoga Springs.

In the story from News 10 ABC, there’s been an investigation regarding numerous burglaries of commercial businesses throughout Saratoga County. Three different police agencies were involved with the investigation - The New York State Police, Saratoga Springs Police and Saratoga County Sheriff’s Department. The investigation is still going on, and there may possibly be more charges.

After his arraignment, McCleary was sent to the Saratoga County Jail. He was chrged with mischief in the city of Saratoga Springs, and Burglary by the Saratoga County Sheriff's Department.
