Brand New Aldi Open Now on Central in Colonie

I've been driving by it for a few weeks now patiently waiting for it to open!  And now the brand new Aldi store opened Thursday morning on Central Avenue.

I usually go to the Aldi in Clifton Park, which is great, but this one is so close to my work, so I'm super excited for personal reasons!

The new store is located at 1885 Central Avenue.  Aldi currently has other stores in Schenectady, Amsterdam, Clifton Park, Ballston Spa and Rensselaer.

According to the Times Union, the Colonie store is part of a nationwide expansion over the next several years that will see an average of 130 new stores opening each year.
