Blue Friday: It’s All About Fallen Police Officers

You know by now that we broadcasting live Friday morning from two different locations: DeNooyer Chevrolet on Wolf Road in Colonie, and Pizzeria Uno in Saratoga off of Exit 15 of the Northway.  That's all well and good, but WHY do we continue to do this?  What is it really all about?

It's about police officers killed in the line of duty.  It's about the families of these officers who are left in terrible financial condition and even worse emotional devastation.  They need support.  The police officer in their family gave his/her life to protect us.  We need to help support them in their time of need.
